Here’s Cal, a Scottish quiz host with a passion for trivia and a massive football shirt collection. Cal has been with QuizBiz since day one, co-hosting weekly quizzes at Republic Adda, Business Bay, and previously leading at Brooklyn Bar, Al Barsha. He’s also guest-hosted at big events like Risky Quizness and The Dylan Show at McGettigan’s DWTC. Curious by nature, Cal is full of random facts and loves connecting with players. Outside of quizzing, he runs a brand design consultancy and other ventures, plus he’s launching a YouTube channel this year.

Ceri Keightley

Ceri has been a keen quizzer for many years. She brings a lot of fun and energy to each event she hosts. Ceri loves coming up with unusual, interesting, and lively rounds for people to enjoy. Since starting her quiz hosting career, Ceri has been regularly entertaining SpeedQuizzing fans at venues such as McGettigan’s, Offside, Claw BBQ, and Nell Gwynnes.

Erich Aloysius

By day, Erich specialises in connecting talent with opportunities, ensuring that the right people find the right jobs. By night, he transforms into the dynamic host of "The Big Desi Quiz," a unique Bollywood-themed quiz experience that blends entertainment with speed quizzing. With a deep love for quizzing cultivated over 1.5 years of active participation in the UAE's quiz scene, Erich realized there was a golden opportunity to create something special for the Indian diaspora.

Jade Carter

Jade a vibrant quiz host for QuizBiz, known for her bubbly personality and wide-ranging knowledge. She currently hosts weekly quizzes at TGI Fridays, Rove Downtown, and PizzaExpress, JLT, and has also hosted at spots like McCafferty’s Wafi and The Irish Vickers. Jade loves to tailor events to fit the venue, from family-friendly to party-centric settings, with a highlight being the Harry Potter ‘Big Fat Themed Quiz of the Month.’

Joseph Job

With decades of quiz passion, Joe brings knowledge and energy to every event. Since joining QuizBiz in 2024, he’s hosted everything from Euros 2024 specials to weekly quizzes at top venues like McGettigans on the Palm and Lock Stock & Barrel. Known for blending fun and intellect, Joe creates unforgettable quiz nights, ensuring excitement and laughter for all, whether you're a trivia newbie or a pro. Want to boost your pub's entertainment? Lauren Townley

Lauren Claire Townley is an all round entertainer from Manchester and has been singing and dancing in Dubai since 2015. She grew up in a family quizzing household with her dad hosting The Townley Quiz still to this day at any family occasion! She’s hosted quizzes in Mallorca and Cyprus and is super excited to be one of the newest members of the QuizBiz team in the UAE! Lauren’s bubbly personality and energy is infectious and she’ll have you laughing and smiling all night long! She excels in the music round and loves a good sing a long session!

Lottie Jones

Lottie has been hosting engaging quiz nights in Dubai since May 2022, starting with the popular ‘Vintage Gameshow Quiz’ at Reform Bar & Grill. Her success led to hosting roles at top venues like McGettigan’s, Lock Stock & Barrel, Trump International Golf Course, and more. She has hosted large-scale events, including Risky XXL at The Agenda and private quizzes for corporate clients such as L’Oreal. In November 2023, Lottie founded QuizBiz Events Company, introducing SpeedQuizzing to Dubai's nightlife.

Ruth Brewer

Meet Ruth, a former teacher turned quiz host extraordinaire. With a background in education and entertainment, she brings wit, wisdom, and a knack for engaging audiences to every quiz night. A former singer on the U.K. pubs and clubs circuit, Ruth was one of the first QuizBiz team members. She’s had residencies at top Dubai venues like Buffalo Wings and Rings, Offside, McCafferty’s, and Irish Vickers, earning praise for her enthusiasm, work ethic, and engaging style.

Stevo Muldoon

Here’s Stevo, a Glaswegian full-time quiz fanatic, part time karaoke enthusiast! After honing his skills as a quiz and events host during university over a decade ago, he’s back and ready to bring high-energy fun to every quiz! Stevo loves creating an engaging atmosphere where participants can truly enjoy themselves. When he’s not hosting, he will mostly likely be found watching/ talking about sports or dropping random Harry Potter facts to anyone that will listen!

As a walking, talking human encyclopedia, Suman has hosted at top Dubai venues like Republic Adda, Irish Vickers, Offside JBR, and TGIF Downtown. His quizzes are fun, engaging, and a touch competitive, keeping people coming back for more.
