His deep industry knowledge, combined with his hands-on approach, has allowed him to cultivate memorable experiences, establish strong industry connections, and consistently deliver high-quality events. James' expertise spans everything from event logistics to marketing, making him a go-to professional in the dynamic world of nightlife and entertainment.

After spending 11 years as a primary school teacher both in the UK and the UAE, Lottie transitioned into the Dubai Events Industry after finding she had a passion for quizzing. Fast forward 2 years from leaving teaching to quiz-host full time, Lottie successfully expanded to build a team of enthusiastic & energetic hosts to bring SpeedQuizzing to more venues around Dubai and the neighbouring Emirates. Lottie is also an author of a children’s book called ‘The Zuggler’ and is an all-round creative thinker and concept creator.
